M9 is the Best robo lawn mower in the market

I’ve been extremely impressed with the Anthbot M9 and Garage. Setup was easy, and the garage gives me peace of mind knowing the mower is protected from the elements when it’s not working. The M9 does an excellent job keeping my lawn maintained with very little effort on my part.

What I love most is being able to look outside and see a freshly cut lawn without having to spend my weekends mowing. The navigation is smart, the cuts are consistent, and the lawn always looks clean and well-maintained. The garage is a great addition because it keeps the mower sheltered and ready to go whenever it’s scheduled to mow.

If you’re looking for a robotic mower that saves time, keeps your yard looking great, and comes with the added protection of a garage, the Anthbot M9 is an excellent choice. It has made lawn care easier than ever.

I have been searching for robot mowers for a couple years. And could never pull the trigger as everything was $1,000 or more. I came upon anthbot and researched their offerings.

I purchased the M5 as part of a great sale. I received the mower quickly and set up was very easy. Everything was pretty intuitive and seem to be straightforward.

You can tell this is a new company and product but it does appear they are working towards something. The app is a bit quirky and is not fully developed yet, however I've not had major problems. When I needed to contact support I receive responses within less than 24 hours and had follow-ups and a good experience.

I subscribe to different subreddits and Facebook groups to get an idea of their support and the product and that has helped quite a bit.

From the moment It was setup, it just worked!
nothing complicated or hard compared to other mowers.

I was skeptical about moving to a wire-free mower, but the ANTHBOT has been a total game-changer. The setup was incredibly fast—I had it mapping my yard within 20 minutes of unboxing. It’s remarkably quiet and handles my lawn's layout with precision. It’s such a relief to have a perfectly manicured lawn every day without lifting a finger. Highly recommend for anyone looking to reclaim their weekends!

So far this mower has been easy to setup and mows really well. You can change the orientation of the lines in the yard fairly easily. The signal is strong around my entire yard and there have been no connection issues.

When it works and where it works, it is excellent.

The map editor doesn't allow you to edit the map.

There are dead areas in my mail where the mower loses signal. I have been given 4g access trial, but cannot switch it on or make it work. This leads to errors in the map

Good Automation Option for Lawns in Florida

Pros: This mower is pretty good on a flat lawn and even some slight sloping if you are in Florida and have swails. Getting used to some of the quirks of the mapping method and zoning methods has its learning curve, but you can get it to what you want even in difficult yard topographies. You can set a cutting schedule for anytime of the day and night, multiple times per week, definitely do this, don't think of it they way you were cutting grass based on your availability, do it as often as you can, keep the grass low, because once the grass gets higher this may take a few passes to get it down to the right heights.

Cons: It is a bit difficult to edit edges you may have mapped out and then later need to adjust, the method they have implemented required the "bot" to be undocked and used to map the new edge, which makes it a bit difficult because you have to operate all the way from the base station to that edge to modify the edge.

When the rain occurs, there is a sensor atop the unit that detects water pooling, but when it is in the dock, that water evaporates alot slower if you have it in a garage, so keep that in mind when you are concerned about the unit not resuming a task when rain has been detected. Also dont set a crazy delay like 6 hours from rain detection to resumption, it will never resume at that timeframe and the schedule window will pass.

Must Know: You have to use "Pathways" at times to get the unit to traverse from frontyard to back yard, just walking it to the next zone and assuming it will figure it out has been a bit of a pain, but using the pathways, and ignoring sections of grass has made that go away. I did need to get an eMower to cover areas that are too risky for the M9 to go into because it can get stuck in loose mud,loose dirt and steep sloped areas and swails.

Overall, though, once you get this things schedule and pathing locked in, it is a breeze and you literally set it and forget it. The first month you own you will wonder if you made the right decision, and then get the tuning right and you will wonder what you ever did before having it. It is 100% worth it, especially considering it is 1/3 the price of other brands like Mammotion and Husqvarna units which i dont know if they are better or not, but price is a factor and this was budget-friendly and capable.

This seems to be great in action. My neighbor has it, and I have a Genie. I still need to figure out ways to boost signals so I can work on front and backyard, but it seems to work well overall so far.

Package arrived in good shape and the M9 has been working well so far. Still learning the ropes. The setup wasn't too painful though.

Love the concept and this seems to be an exceptional product. With my limited usage to date, one shortcoming I've encountered is the no-go zone boxes are a little unresponsive and/ or jumpy at times. Other than that, think it's great!

I got this to mow my agility field, which often has courses set, so plenty of obstacles to avoid. It is working great so far!

I bought this to help me keep my bermuda lawn short enough. So far, it seems to be doing just great. I have it set to run twice a week!

I have purchased two Anthbot M9 mowers with garage to mow my back and front lawns and so far I have liked both the mowing patterns and software setup. This is my Third Generation of robot lawn mowers over the last seven years and the M9 has been the easiest to use.

All last year I tested the waters with a Genie 600. It was effective and had my yard looking really good all summer long. This year I decided it was time for an upgrade and an upgrade it is! Covering twice the distance as the 600, and runs twice as long, this thing is better in every way. It has more efficient turning, it doesn't loop the opposite direction just to come back and mow the next line like the Genie600. It turns towards the next line and just does it. I'm very impressed with the M9 and better yet, the customer service was right there to help me with my Genie 600 that quit working. We determined it was a motherboard issue and they're sending me a replacement. I'm not just pleased with the performance of the device, but the service Anthbot offers.

Solid robot mower - easy setup. Adjustment to maps could be a little simpler.

M9 does well. I give it 4 stars (rather than 5) bc in order to get a clean cut zones must be run twice, and I wish the battery lasted longer to mow yard quicker. However, wife said, time doesn't matter as a robot has all the time in the world to complete the task lol

Loving the Anthbot M9! My only complaint is the garage was out of stock and unfortunately didn’t come with the garage as it should have (nobody notified me of this), but customer service was nice and assured me it would ship to me asap. Battery run time is excellent, and the cut is superb! Highly recommend!

Haven’t use it yet but I didn’t receive my garage and customer service never reached out had to email them and they said they didn’t have it I would have to wait until some came in

Everything about the M9 is great! At the moment, I just wish the battery lasted longer.
