1.1.3 Information we received from the third parties
We also obtain information about you from third parties and other sources. For example, we collect information from third parties when you purchase our products through third-party platforms such as Amazon, when you join the affiliate program, and in other scenarios. This information includes your shipping details, your account information in third-party platforms, and other information.
1.1.4 Product tester’s information
When you sign up to become our product/service tester, we may collect information about you. We use this information to invite you to become a tester, and we use your feedback to develop and improve our products and services.
1.2 The content and purpose of personal information collection
The data we collect depends on the products, features and services you use, as well as the scenarios you may use, the programs you participate in and the interactions you have with us. This data can include the following:
1.2.1 Registration, account log-in and verification data
Account information: in order to help you create an account, we collect your name, email address, account username, password and other information used for verification and account access. If you choose to log in using an account on a third-party platform, we will also collect your account information on such third-party platform. If you use other login methods, you permit us to access your email address registered for your third-party account, for the purpose of binding it to your account. For personal information that we need but the third-party cannot provide, we will contact you and ask you to provide it through system prompts or similar means.
Demographic information: in order to determine the products and services available in your country/region, we collect your country, and your preferred language.
Subscription information: in order to send you newsletter and keep you updated, we collect your email address, and your subscription option.
The legal basis for processing the aforementioned data is your consent, as well as the necessity to fulfill or initiate a contractual relationship between you and us and to perform obligations under the contract. If you do not provide the aforementioned information, we will be unable to create an account for you.
1.2.2 Purchase and delivery information
Order information: in order to fulfill the order, we collect information including the items you purchase, the transaction time, the total order amount, the payment information (payment channels, payment account information, billing address).
Delivery information: in order to deliver the product you purchased, we collect your country/region, name, address, city, state, zip code, the phone number, and the shipping method.
Invoice information: If you request to issue an invoice, we will collect the invoice information you provide.
The legal basis for processing the purchase and delivery information is your consent, as well as the necessity to fulfill or initiate a contractual relationship between you and us and to perform obligations under the contract. If you do not provide the aforementioned information, we will be unable to facilitate the purchase process and deliver products you purchased to you.
1.2.3 Rewards information
Point information: in order to manage reward system, we collect information including the task you completed, the points you earned.
Redemption information: to facilitate the reward redemption, we collect information including the redeemed products, the points you used.
The legal basis for processing the reward information is your consent, as well as the necessity to fulfill or initiate a contractual relationship between you and us and to perform obligations under the contract. If you do not provide the aforementioned information, we will be unable to provide the reward and redemption program to you.
1.2.4 Comments and review information
Comment information: when you post comments to our blogs, we collect your name, email address, and the message you submit.
Review information: when you post review of our products, we collect your rating, the title, content, picture/video, YouTube URL, display name, and email address.
You are reminded to abide by the community rules and shall not upload any illegal or objectionable content, including but not limited to images and texts. Furthermore, the review content you post may not contain the personal information of third parties. Should such personal information be included, you shall first obtain the express authorization and consent of the respective individuals.
The legal basis for processing the comment and review information is your consent. If you do not provide the aforementioned information, we will be unable to provide comment and review features to you.
1.2.5 Usage information
Operation information: when you use our services, we keep record of your web log, your operating information of browsing, purchasing and other activities. Operating information we collect including IP address, user agent, operating system, login time, system name, system version, system language, device product name, and device model.
Error reports and performance data: to diagnose the error, we collect the type or severity of the problem, details of the software or hardware related to an error, the contents of files you were using when an error occurred.
The legal basis for processing the aforementioned data is the necessity for security assurance, as well as the pursue of our legitimate interest. Ensuring the secure and stable operation of our website and protecting it from attacks by malicious actors, such as those involved in the dark and gray industries, represents our legitimate and justifiable interests. We confirm that this legitimate interest is beneficial to users and will not have a negative impact on their personal rights and interests.
1.2.6 Products and services information
Product binding information: When you add a device in the App, we will collect its unique identifier(SN) or MAC address, along with other information, and link these details to your App account. Upon your informed consent, we will ask you to provide your WiFi SSID or bluetooth information to connect the device to the internet. When you sign into your account, we may collect information about your session, including a record of your sign-in, date and time, the product you signed into, the number assigned to your account, and a unique identifier assigned to your device, your IP address, etc.
Product and service use information: the features you use, actions you take, and activities you perform. When your device is connected to our services, our services will collect various device event data through the App, such as when the device is used, whether it is turned on or off, and when it is capturing environmental information, motion, battery life or other information. When you set a device scene, we may collect the scene name, conditions, executed actions, and effective period you set.
Lawn zones information: you can use your device to recognize and map your lawn area. Combined with your settings, the device will generate relevant information including a cleaning map, the scope of restricted zones, zonal divisions and charging position. You are permitted to select specific zones to set up mowing tasks. The camera equipped on the lawnmower is designed primarily to implement obstacle avoidance technology and improve mowing efficiency. It neither recognizes nor collects facial features, nor does it perform real-time collection of video data regarding the surrounding environment. Only when your device has a fault that needs repair will we notify you to turn on the log collection function. On such occasions, a small quantity of image data will be collected, which is exclusively used for fault analysis and problem localization. All such image information will be automatically erased within a specified timeframe after being collected.
The legal basis for processing the aforementioned data is your consent, as well as the pursue of our legitimate interest. We confirm that this legitimate interest is beneficial to users and will not have a negative impact on their personal rights and interests.
1.2.7 Support information
Customer service information: you may contact us by email, phone, and live chat, in this process, we collect information about your identity, location, requests and inquiries, and your communication content with us.
Repair information: when you use our repair service, we collect your product’s model and serial number, fault description, and shipping information.
AI customer service:To provide you with more timely and convenient customer service, we have integrated a third-party AI customer service tool into the online support service. When you use the AI customer service, we transfer your inputs to the AI customer service system. Please be assured that we will not use your inputs or your communications with us to train the model that powers the AI customer service.
The legal basis for processing the support information is your consent, as well as the necessity to fulfill or initiate a contractual relationship between you and us and to perform obligations under the contract. If you don’t provide the support information to us, we will be unable to provide customer service and repair service to you.
1.2.8 Non-identifying data
We may also collect and use “non-identifying data”, which is data that cannot be used to identify an individual, such as aggregate data like visits, for the purpose of understanding how users use our website, products and services.
We also determine the purposes and ways in which we collect, use, process, transfer or disclose non-identifying data in accordance with applicable laws. We will take appropriate technical and administrative measures to isolate your personal information and non-identifying data and use them separately. If personal information is mixed with non-identifying data, it will still be regarded as personal information.
1.3 How we use personal information
In order to provide you with the corresponding functions of our products and/or services, we undertake to follow the principle of data minimization when collecting and using your personal information, and not to use your personal information for purposes other than those specified in the Terms of Service and this Policy.
We use the information we collect to operate our business and provide, improve, and personalize our products and services, to send communications, including promotions, security updates, and product information. We use data to provide and improve our products and to perform essential operations. This includes operating and using the products, maintaining and improving their performance, and using data to research, develop new features, and provide customer support. We and such third parties may also employ technologies called beacons or pixels, which transmit information from your device to a server and are used for various purposes including analyzing the use of our services and, together with cookies, delivering content and ads more relevant to you. 4. YOUR RIGHT ABOUT YOUR INFORMATION
You can access, correct and update certain personal information you have provided to us by clicking “My Account” or “My Account-Security” on our website. You have the right to request access to, or copies of your information, and direct us to modify, update, delete, restrict or deactivate certain personal information pertaining to you. You can also request that we remove your personal information from the blog, community forums, or other public areas within our control. In some cases, even if you request to restrict or object to our processing of your personal information, we have the right to refuse your request in accordance with the law. If specific personal information cannot be deleted, we will inform you the reason. If you need to delete your account, please contact us using the live chat feature on our website. Unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, after you delete your account, we will stop providing you with our products and/or services. And delete your personal information at your request.

5. MINOR’S PRIVACY
We attach great importance to the protection of information about Minors. We do not actively provide services to minors. If you are under the age of adults as specified by laws in your jurisdiction and you indeed need to use our products or services according to your requirements, we encourage you to ask your guardian to read this Privacy Policy carefully, and use our products or services, or provide us with your personal data with the consent of your guardian.
If it can be proved that a minor has provided us with personal information without parental or guardian consent, the parent or guardian should contact us to remove the information. You may send your request for erasure in writing to our email address as listed in this Policy.

We will delete your personal data as soon as the reason for storing it no longer applies. The data may remain stored beyond this period if this is provided for due to legal requirements to which we are subject, for example in respect of legal retention or documentation obligations. In such an event, we delete your personal data once the requirements cease to apply.
Your personal data we collect through our website will remain on the server leased by Shopify (located in Ireland, the U.S., and Canada). These information and materials may be sent to, accessed, stored, and displayed in your country, region, or location where we collect information and materials.

You acknowledge and agree that we may access and process personal data on a global basis as necessary to provide the products and services, and in particular that personal data may be transferred to and processed by us and other jurisdictions where our affiliates and business partners have operations. Appendix 1 Cookies Notice
In conjunction with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy issued by ANTHBOT and its affiliates (collectively referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”), this Notice informs you (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) of the cookies employed by the features and services available on the ANTHBOT website (the “ANTHBOT Platform”).

D. How to control and delete cookies

We do not sell or share the personal information of California consumers as those terms are defined under California law, and do not discriminate in response to privacy rights requests. We also do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for any purposes that would require a user to exercise a right to limit according to California law. We will respond to the consumers’ requests within 45 days.
