Return and Refund Policy

Introduction

We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.

Manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers, other than anthbot.com, may provide their own policies to you. Please contact them for further information. Please note that the return and refund policy may vary according to local laws and regulations.

Cancellation

For Kickstart orders

Before the end of the Kickstarter campaign, you can directly cancel your order.

If the product has already been shipped, please follow the return process upon receiving the product.

If you cancel an order after the crowdfunding campaign ends, you can cancel it free of charge within 24 hours. After 24 hours, a refund transaction fee will be charged. The specific fees are as follows:

3%-5% Credit card transfer fee + 5% Kickstarter platform transaction fee

For website orders

We accept order cancellatiton before the product is shipped or produced.

If the order is canceled wihin 24 hours, no fees will be charged.

If the order is canceled after 24 hours and the order has not been shipped out, please note that a refund transaction fee will be charged (4.4% for PayPal users, 3.6% for other users).

We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns Requirements

  • We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. We will no longer accept returns of products not related to quality issues after 30 days.
  • After submitting a return request, you must return the product within 14 days.
  • Please use the original packaging or pack the product according to the packaging recommended by ANTHBOT, and return all accessories together.
  • After submitting the return request, you can choose either "exchange" or "refund" based on your personal needs.
  • If the items returned to the warehouse are found to have been used or damaged, we have the right to refuse the return. The specific handling measures need to be negotiated with our customer service (support@anthbot.com).

For warranty claims due to quality issues, please see below.

All items purchased from anthbot.com will be covered by warranty. If any quality problems other than human damage occur during the warranty period, you can apply for a replacement or partial refund. For details, please refer to our >> Warranty Statement.

Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe as the original defective item, or 30 days after being replaced, whichever is longer. Warranties on products will be voided after having been fully refunded.

ANTHBOT’s limited-time warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The warranty is voided if items are taken outside the country originally bought in or shipped directly from an authorized online purchase.

Return Process

  • Contact Official Customer Support: Please contact our customer service team via email ( support@anthbot.com ) to submit a return request.
  • Arrange Product Return: Consumers should arrange to return the product to the designated ANTHBOT warehouse as directed by the Customer Service Team.
  • Arrange Product Refund/Exchange: The ANTHBOT service team will arrange a refund or exchange based on the consumer's preference upon receiving the returned product.

Shipping Fees

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. 

If the loss is caused by the user providing an incorrect delivery address or the recipient refusing to receive the goods, the customer will bear the cost.

Refunds

After you have returned the product to our warehouse and provided us the shipping information, we will issue a refund within 5 business days. You will be notified by email when your order is refunded. If you have not received the refund after 5 business days, please contact us at support@anthbot.com.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@anthbot.com.
