So far we are obsessed with this little machine! We live in hot Florida and would rather be spending our free time at the beach than sweating to death mowing our giant lawn! This is a major game changer and we LOVE it!!! My husbands new obsession is mapping out its route every day haha

This is an absolutely awesome mower. I had no problems setting it up that had to do with the mower or the accessories. I ordered the cover from Amazon and it came right after I set up the mower. I’m very impressed with them and have 3 of the M5s. The cover is very well done also that required no tools and just hooks on to the charging system. Take the plate off the top of the charging station back end, push the new cover down in the grooves, flip it down and that’s it. This mower was up and running as soon as I mapped my yard. It does an amazing job at cutting my lawn also.

If the batteries get low during mowing, it goes back to the charger, takes a full charge and then goes back out and finishes the job!!

Customer service eventually helped. The vision system avoids the obvious stuff. Hoping a firmware update smooths out the rough edges. It wandered outside the line once near the gate. The vision cameras missed a small toy and bumped it.

I've had this for about 2 weeks now and Edge cutting is clean; I barely need the string trimmer anymore. Setting up the boundary in the app took about 20 minutes and I never had to bury a single wire. My neighbor asked what it was because the lawn looks professionally done. Saved me all that weekend time.

The no-wire idea is great in principle. Okay for now, but I'm watching it closely. It wandered outside the line once near the gate. For the price I expected fewer hiccups early on.

Overall, I'd recommend this robot (after using it for only a few days). I live in the Midwest United States. The highest setting is a little shorter than I'd usually cut, but it's not terribly short. Set up was pretty straight forward, though the app is not that intuitive. It takes a little messing around to figure out what the different modes are. According to the app, my backyard is about 500m2 and it takes about 8 hours total. It'll mow for about 40 min, recharge for an hour, and then pick up where it left off. Automapping works well and seemed to find the edges of the lawn whether there was a fence or pavers. It doesn't get as close to the edge as I'd like, so will likely remap it manually.

Although there are some things I'd change, in the end it saves me from being outside when it's hot.

Got it at the start of the season and Customer service walked me through the first setup and was patient and knowledgeable. I went from dreading mowing to not thinking about it at all. Best yard decision in years.

Took a chance on the RTK model and The app lets me set no-go zones for the flower beds and it respects them perfectly. It works around the pool deck without ever getting close to the edge. It handles thick St. Augustine grass better than I expected. The mapping is so precise it doesn't overlap or miss spots. Highly recommend it.

I really like the mower, but every time I've used it an issue has happened. About 4 times, first it wouldn't return to base, then I guess the rtk moved, had to remap, next some random error that I had to reset and lastly the app wasn't working but had to reconnect to wifi. Loving the new robot. Gets stuck less often than my Genie 600. Super easy to set up and does a really good job keeping the grass looking nice. Always has nice clean lines. Would give 5 stars, but the robot keeps going off the curb into the street and getting stuck there. Didn’t have that issue with the Genie. Also if they can update the firmware to rotate the pattern with each cut, that’d be super helpful. But still, such a great mower especially for the price! Strongly recommend.

It got stuck on a fallen branch once, but I cleared a no-go zone after. It docks itself and resumes without fuss. Setup was easy but mapping the first zone took a couple of tries. No boundary wire to bury was the main reason I bought it.

it is a game changer. I no longer have to dread mowing the lawn. I have created multiple zones to handle the front, side and backyard. I love that I can customize the angle of the cut as well. I really dont feel like the short battery life matters much because it doesnt take very long to charge and it will resume where it left off once fully charged. I will say that it did take me awhile to fully understand how to create multiple zones, but I figured it out. Thank you for creating an awesome product at an affordable price point.
