Warranty Statement
At ANTHBOT, we want to ensure that we provide excellent service to our customers. To this end, we have prepared a warranty statement to inform you of our procedures and how we intend to handle warranty requests. Please note that the following statement applies only to individual customers.
1. Basic Terms
To ensure a smooth warranty support process, please keep your ANTHBOT product purchase receipt, invoice and other relevant documents as proof of purchase for future service inquiries. This will help us provide fast and efficient service in the event of a warranty claim. Please note that this warranty only applies to items purchased on the anthbot.com and kickstarter.com website. For items purchased from other stores or websites, please contact the merchant from whom you purchased the product to handle your warranty matters. All refunds, returns and exchanges will only be processed after the original product is received and inspected at ANTHBOT after-sales service center.
1.1 How to obtain after-sales service
During the warranty period, if the product fails to achieve the guaranteed function, please contact ANTHBOT to obtain the corresponding after-sales service. ANTHBOT may not provide after-sales service in some areas, and the after-sales service policy content in different regions is also different. Services outside the scope of regular services may be charged. For local information, please contact ANTHBOT Customer Service at support@anthbot.com.
Note: To ensure the highest quality service and prevent potential misuse, we require customers to record an unboxing video before unpacking their ANTHBOT lawn mower. This video is an important document for free after-sales service or replacement of missing items. If parts are found to be missing or damaged upon arrival, customers must provide an unedited unboxing video along with the order number in order to receive our full support. We assure you that all customer information will be strictly confidential and will only be used for service verification purposes.
1.2 Product and Part Replacement
If warranty service involves the replacement of a product or part, the replaced product or part will become the property of ANTHBOT and the replaced product or part will become your property. Only unmodified ANTHBOT products and parts are eligible for replacement. Replacement products or parts provided by ANTHBOT may not be new, but will be in good working condition and at least functionally equivalent to the replaced item. Replaced products or parts will receive the same warranty service as the remaining warranty period of the original product.
1.3 Handling of Unofficial Products
Unofficial products are ANTHBOT products that are not sold through ANTHBOT official sales channels or sold in your market and do not provide applicable warranty coverage. ANTHBOT authorized service centers only accept repairs for official products. For clarity, consumers who purchase unofficial products should contact the original seller directly for necessary service or support.
If the device is found to be an unofficial product, consumers should be advised to contact the seller from whom they purchased the device for further support.
2. Warranty Coverage
Only lawn mower robot products purchased on anthbot.com can receive warranty service, and other accessory products are not provided with warranty service after use.
2.1 Warranty Period
Product warranty starts from the activation date after registration.
If you purchase an extended warranty, all warranties will be extended by one year. (The extended warranty service provided as a gift does not cover batteries.)
Note: For Kickstarter orders, ANTHBOT considers that it may be non-mowing season when you receive the goods, and the warranty period will be calculated uniformly from April 1, 2025.

2.2 Warranty Service
(1) Application for warranty service:
If the product has performance failure during the effective warranty period, you can apply for product warranty service.
(2) The following conditions must be met to obtain free warranty service:
√ The product has no performance failure caused by non-human factors under normal use during the specified product warranty period;
√ No unauthorized disassembly, modification, addition, or other non-human factors that are not guided by the official manual;
√ Provide valid purchase receipts, invoices, and order numbers.
(3) The following situations do not enjoy free product warranty service:
× Natural wear of parts (such as wheels, blades, blades, nails) and consumable accessories (such as batteries) as well as tools and accessories due to normal use;
× Collision and burning accidents caused by human factors other than product quality issues;
× Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, or opening without the guidance of the official manual;
× Damage or water ingress caused by failure to properly install, use, or operate in accordance with the manual;
× Damage caused by self-repair or assembly of parts by customers without following official instructions;
× Damage caused by unauthorized circuit modification or improper use of battery packs or chargers without the guidance of the official manual;
× Damage caused by failure to operate in accordance with the product manual;
× Damage caused by forced operation when parts are worn or damaged;
× Reliability and compatibility issues caused by the use of third-party parts not certified by ANTHBOT;
× Damage caused by insufficient power or insufficient discharge caused by using batteries with quality issues;
× The machine serial number, factory label or other markings are torn or altered;
× After contacting ANTHBOT to confirm the warranty service, you do not return the machine within 7 The corresponding items will be shipped within 7 natural days.
2.3 Warranty Process
(1) Provide your proof of purchase, take a video to explain the problem you encountered, and email it to our customer service staff: support@anthbot.com. The customer service will help you determine the product problem and provide you with repair suggestions;
(2) If it is determined that the fault is caused by damaged accessories, we will replace the faulty accessories for you free of charge, and you can install and replace them manually;
(3) If the source of the problem cannot be directly determined, the product can be sent back to ANTHBOT after-sales service center within 7 natural days with the consent of both parties, and will be inspected by a dedicated person. The time required for this process depends on the work situation of the overseas after-sales staff. After the inspection is completed, the product with normal function will be sent back to you; if the product does not meet the free repair conditions after inspection, the customer can choose to pay for repair or return the original machine.
2.4 Fee Description
(1) If the product is confirmed to meet the warranty conditions and is within the warranty period, ANTHBOT will bear the inspection fee, parts replacement fee, testing fee, labor cost and one-way shipping fee;
(2) If the user sends the defective product back, the ANTHBOT after-sales service center will conduct a fault detection and determine the responsibility after receiving the defective machine. If it is a product quality defect, ANTHBOT will be responsible for the inspection fee, material fee, labor cost and one-way shipping fee; if it is man-made damage, the buyer needs to bear the inspection fee, material fee, labor cost and shipping fee. (Note: If you choose to return the product for repair, you will be responsible for the shipping costs and customs duties to ANTHBOT after-sales service center.)
(3) If the machine problem is not covered by the warranty (such as man-made damage), we will charge the corresponding inspection fee, parts replacement fee, testing fee, labor cost and shipping fee depending on the specific problem.
ANTHBOT reserves the right to modify these after-sales service and warranty terms at any time and notify customers in a timely manner after the modification. The modified terms will take effect from the date of publication.
